Prospect Phase
In this phase, we create a collaborative environment with our customers which involves thorough discussions and site visits to understand their vision and foster creativity. We provide detailed project timelines and estimates, ensuring transparency and clarity.
Our focus is on open communication. As we move from the prospect to planning phase, it is critical that every member of the team has one shared version of the project. Effective teamwork begins and ends with communication.

Planning Phase
We believe that the planning phase is the most critical part of any project. We invest a significant amount of time and energy in this phase. Throughout the planning phase, our expert team collaborates closely with architects, engineers, designers, building officials, sub trades and of course our customers to distill the project into actionable plans. Through site assessments and concept design revisions, we refine the project timeline to ensure every single detail aligns with our customer's aspirations and budget.
Our project manager and support team review the drawings, coordinate the permit process, source materials, and schedule our trusted sub-trades. We onboard our customers to their own Customer Portal, allowing them to actively contribute and stay informed throughout the entire project.
3.
Active Construction Phase
This is where the action happens! In the active construction phase (ACP), our skilled carpenters handle all aspects of the project, from excavation to finishing touches. Our project manager and field crews work closely together to ensure the project is being completed on time and on budget. Through regular progress updates and photo uploads to the customer portal, we are able to keep our customers informed in real time. Our customers are always able to access their project portal and witness the exciting progress as it happens.

Warranty Phase
Once ACP is completed, we hand over the keys and this marks the beginning of the warranty phase. We stand behind our work with an industry-leading warranty plan. We are available 24/7 to address any questions or concerns. Our business and reputation are built on the satisfaction of our customers - one project at a time.

Starting a new project can be very exciting! It can also be very overwhelming. Coordinating all facets of a construction project, from pre-construction to completed structure is an incredibly detailed and at times very difficult undertaking. Effectively managing permits, people, resources, materials, costs, quality, and scope of work is an all-encompassing, time-consuming endeavour. Project Consulting
It can be challenging to source and make sense of correct construction and building science information. Sometimes you just need a reliable resource to share ideas or get a second opinion. True Built Homes can play this role for you. We are building science nerds and would love to chat with you about your project!

ICF
Insulated Concrete Forms is a system of expanded polystyrene [EPS] rigid insulation blocks stacked on top of each other to form the walls of a building. The blocks are filled with a steel reinforced concrete core to create a solid structure. ICF built homes are stronger, safer, quieter and much more energy efficient. True Built Homes is certified in ICF installation.

Excavation
True Built Homes has skilled heavy equipment operators on our team. We personally undertake demo, excavation, and site grading services. This gives us more control over the quality of our projects.
